The Process

So you made the decision to get your credit scores on target! Congratulations!
This is what you'll need to provide to get the process started.
- A copy of your driver's license or state identification card
- A copy of your social security card or an item with both your name and your social
security number on it. (For example, a pay stub or a tax document)
- A copy of all three credit reports. (Free reports are available at
www.annualcreditreport.com)
Mail or bring these three items to Accurate Credit Reporting. Our office is at:
